Lessons are twice a month, and will be recorded for those who cannot attend due to work or time-zone differences:

- Gardening by the moon
- A brief look at Blanzeschwetze - the Germanic art of plant communication
- Growing basics: Growing, harvesting, drying & storing
- Materia Medica for the "kitchen witch": a list of simple, potent and beginner-friendly herbs to get you started with your medicinal, magical, culinary & cosmetic herbal crafting
- A simple introduction to making potions (teas/infusions), decoctions, tinctures, balms, salves and healing honeys.
- Living a spiritual life in cycle with the natural Wheel of the Year
- Herbs for daily life of kids, men & women - including a gentle look at natural remedies and herbal support for anxiety, sleep, concentration & focus, energy boosting, calming, mood-uplifting, urinary support, hair, heart health, and much more!
This course is a lovely introduction to home herbal healing, as well as learning the basics to support yourself and your loved ones.
You not need a green thumb, or even a garden, to start this course. All you need is a desire to connect with the world of herbs, deeper your love of (and respect for) Mother Nature, and a willingness to see life through "green eyes".
