Directions & Dosage:

Take 2 Tbl. (30ml) four times per week (or every second day) mixed with 1 glass of water on an empty stomach.

Drink 4-8 glass of water daily.

Avoid unhealthy amounts of salt, oil, refined foods & alcohol.

Aqua, Senna Pods (Senna) Senna Leaves (Senna) Buchu (Agathosma sp.) Inguduza (Merwilla plumbea), Umathunga (Eucomis autumnalis)

Sodium benzoate 1.2% (preservative)
